He explained everything he was going to do. He set traps and returned as scheduled to check the traps for any squirrels. Once that process was done he cleaned/disinfect the attic insulation area and sealed the opening where the squirrels was entering. As of completion, I haven't heard any squirrels in my attic. Comments: I would like to say that I have a more relaxed feeling since Raven Termite & Pest Control showed up. After a rough covid year the critters decided to come inside my house. After having dealt with other companies I was told to call Raven and ask for Carl. Well thank you Lord! Carl came in armed and ready like Ghost Busters. He was polite and listened to my concerns and went right to work. He tracked down the points of entry, plugged the holes set the bait. He made recommendations and set up return appts. When he returned he bagged the critters and installed repair insulation (bought by me but I didn't know how to use it) that the critters had gnawed thru on the garage door. He was very professional; he even allowed me to walk the perimeter of the house with him while answering my questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient. While he was working, he noticed that I had a carpenter bee nibbling away on my wood underneath the deck. He noticed it because the bee left shavings of wood as evidence in my shrubs. He went the extra mile and got under the deck and sprayed for them and removed a couple of hornet nest as well. I am a fan and would recommend their company if you are looking for any pest control.

We didn't know until we planted a wild flower garden at the beginning of the pandemic, that we had groundhogs. Once the flowers grew, they ate most of the flowers. I also worked with all manner of vendors/contractors; haven't spent years in the field of Building Management. To say that my husband and I were more than satisfied with the service that we received from Raven Termite and Pest Control (stationed out of Baltimore and Silver Spring), and specifically from their technician Carl and the gentleman that fielded my initial call, would be an understatement. Carl'€™s ability to listen well and rapidly identify the problem areas and engage me in a mutual course of action before he began his work was critical to meeting my needs. He was on time and expert at determining what needed exterminating and where. He patiently listened as I explained that I suffered from a severe case of year round allergies and consequently created a test area just to be certain that I did not smell or react to the odorless chemical. Most importantly, he made no attempt to over-sell the services and the pricing was more than fair. Since he could not possibly have known my background, I was particularly impressed, both with Raven Termite and Pest Control and with their expert technician, Carl, and, as a consequence, I asked if a wider treatment could be done in our home and that request was accommodated. The icing on the cake for me was when Carl, without me even having brought it up, described to me a particular area in my home that posed a danger of further affecting my ability to breathe. Now this particular area has been an extreme source of concern for me for the past two years and I have been quite vocal with my husband about it; being at my wits end as to how to remedy the situation. Carl goes on to offer some common sense approaches to improve the environment and my husband was so impressed with Carl’s suggestions that he immediately implemented them when Carl left. I highly recommend Raven Termite and Pest Control out of Baltimore and Silver Spring for all of your Pest Remediation and I hope that Carl has ten legs and ten arms because he is going to need them. Comments: They were awesome! They sealed holes where mice were coming in, did a termite treatment and sprayed for roaches (which was not harmful to my cat). They arrived on time, explained the process they used, cleaned up after work. Kory and Chris were very professional to say the least. They responded within 24 hours of my initial query to Home Advisor. I would highly recommend them. The price I paid for their services was fair, they were here for almost 3 hours and worked very hard.

They were very professional and explained each step of the termite foundation injection process before it happened. I paid a reasonable amount of money for a great service package that also included quarterly checkups and all pest control for a year! I would highly recommend Raven Pest Control!
